Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
We will supply you with a tracking number for each order.
Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.
Reduced Worldwide Shipping Available:
If product AVAILABILITY notes the item is available outside the USA, Reduced shipping to available destinations will be provided. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that items shipped outside the USA will be shipped from the closest fufillment center to destination and additional delivery time for worldwide deliveries might be required. Contact us if you need special assistance with worldwide shipping.
Free Returns
We stand by the quality of all our products and we will provide free returns label for any damage or unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 15 days of receipt. All sales on lingerie, bras, underwear and swimwear are generally final for reasons of hygiene. All claims for damaged or incorrect goods, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within five business days after receipt of goods.
